Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I have been practicing as a Mental Health Counselor for over 10 years, and my journey in this field has been shaped by a deep passion for connection, healing, and helping individuals feel truly seen.

I received my Master’s in Counseling from Portland State University in 2015. After graduating, I spent nearly seven years working at a community agency, where I provided extensive support to children and families. During this time, I became certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which continues to influence my work with young children and their caregivers.

In 2022, I opened my private practice shortly before relocating from Oregon to Arizona. This transition allowed me to expand my work in meaningful ways while continuing to offer accessible and flexible telehealth care.

In 2025, I trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy with Jacqui Lauko, NCC, MC, LPC—owner and founder of Skye Therapy Solutions—using the Icarus Model. I now offer in-person Equine Assisted Therapy sessions in Hidden Valley, AZ, where clients can experience the powerful healing benefits of working with horses. I continue to provide telehealth sessions as well, supporting clients across Oregon and Arizona in finding connection, clarity, and growth.

I understand what it can feel like to move through the world feeling misunderstood or “different.” This perspective deeply shapes my therapeutic approach. I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals, as well as those navigating anxiety, mild trauma, and depression. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and at peace.​ I’m here to meet you exactly where you are and walk with you at your own pace.
